Co-ordinating the entire team and ensuring financial and service objectives are achieved. Working closely with IHG to protect and develop the Holiday Inn Express brand standard. Jane has over 14 years in the industry and has held many senior management posts and brings a fresh, focused approach to hotel management. |

Kim is responsible for the operational development of the Holiday Inn Express Burnley, working in partnership with the General Manager, Kim will assist Jane in the day to day operation of the hotel. With over eight years experience in the industry covering Senior Management roles in various internationally branded hotels Kim’s diverse experience will ensure a smooth and successful operational environment. |

Mark is responsible for the development of the Sales Department and ensuring Holiday Inn Express Burnley meets its sales targets and revenue projections. The Holiday Inn Express Burnley will be the town’s largest and newest hotel for over nine years and will offer fresh, modern and high specification accommodation to guests. With over ten years experience in the sector and experience of multi-property sales working with large national hotels companies Mark has the acumen to make the hotel Burnley’s leading accommodation and meetings provider. |
